When is my next billing date?
Subscription is billed one month after “Go-Live” Date
Ie If you go LIVE on March 7th, your billing date with be April 7th and every month on the 7th
It's more than 72 hours and I have not received any leads. Is this normal?
Yes, this is totally normal since Facebook Algorithm sometimes can take longer than expected to optimize your campaign after the approval process. We see leads come in between 48-72 hours of the go-live date
Who do I notify if an appointment is canceled/rescheduled?
You can drag the lead over to “Booked Appointment Reschedule” Stage in the CRM

How can I expand my serviceable area for my current campaign?
You can expand your service area up to 50 miles if you're on Basic or Gold Package. You can email us the to see if your current plan qualifies for this support@techfektor.com
How can I add more users in the CRM?
We currently do not have a limit on the # of users.
Submit a Support Ticket support@techfektor.com with the email, full name and phone number of the user to be added in the CRM.

One of my leads is not picking up/fake number, will you replace the leads?
We realized that not all leads will be perfect, if this is just a small percentage there is nothing we can do, if you see this as an ongoing problem please let our team know immediately.
How many times should I call the leads?
You should be calling them 3x leave a voicemail to stand out against spam calls. Call twice next day, then leave a text, and slowly reduce the frequency of the follow ups up to 14 days.
Are the leads exclusive?
All the leads generated from your Facebook page are exclusive and are not shared with any other pool builder. If a customer decides to get quotes from other pool builders that is something we cannot control. We take on an extremely limited number of Pool Builders per city to avoid clients competing with each other.
How do you generate leads?
We leverage a variety of different audience networks and social media advertising platforms depending on the individual needs of the clients.
Do ads/surveys look different from month to month?
We typically do not change the ads significantly from month to month, ads and creatives are quite similar, we make minor tweaks to “ad creatives”/”funnels” for optimal ad performance.

Why did I get a lead from outside my target area?
If you are running Facebook Ads promoting a location-specific business or service, you may be generating some out-of-area contacts or leads. Unfortunately there are limitations in the Facebook location targeting algorithm (just as in other platforms). Qualifying these leads further after they’ve clicked on your ad will hopefully reduce time and effort wasted on out-of-area leads.

What is a Lead Connector? Can I use the same log in?
Lead connector is the mobile app that serves the same purpose as the desktop app with limited features. You will be using the same login credentials for the Lead Connector App and that app syncs with the CRM tool as well. The app itself may not have all the features as the desktop app but is fully functional.
How our Pause Policy Works
In order to make this campaign an absolute success for you and your team we optimize your campaign every 3-4 Weeks to get you the highest yield on your investment. Like any marketing Campaign, it does take time and effect to optimize your account which is why we limit the # of Campaign pauses to a maximum of 2 Pauses in a year and up to 30 days for a single pause period.
During your 30 day pause period, we don’t think it's fair to bill you our full management fee, if you exceed your 30 day pause, a pause fee of $250 will be automatically applied towards your account during the pause period. Instances when it makes sense to pause your campaign:

I noticed the pictures on ads are not mine when I had provided pictures to the support team?
Sometimes the creatives you had provided WON’T perform and will end up wasting your ad dollars. This may create doubt thinking the marketing is not working which is not true as the creatives are performing. We run our best performing creatives to generate your leads.
Since this is a lead generation campaign and NOT a branding campaign, we aim to optimize our ads for the highest conversion rates.
How long will it take to see results?
Typically, it takes 30-45 days to see any significant results. However, this can vary depending on a number of factors including the target market, competition, and campaign budget. We recommend sticking with the campaign for at least 90 days to get the most accurate results.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by scheduling an off-boarding call with your client success rep. Please note that a 30-day notice is required to cancel your subscription on 90 day contracts.
How often do I receive updates on my campaign performance?
You will receive a monthly report on the performance of your campaign. In addition, we are always available to answer any questions or provide updates as needed.

You will not exceed more than your monthly spend approved on the onboarding call.
